Welcome to Coffi Dre.
We’re here to keep things simple, fair, and full of great coffee.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
🚚 Delivery
We use Royal Mail and a selection of courier partners depending on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order.
For many local deliveries we work with Delsol/APC, a North Wales–based courier service. Through their Eco-Plan delivery network, parcels remain within the local courier network rather than being routed through large national sorting hubs. This helps reduce unnecessary transport miles, lowers the environmental impact of deliveries, and supports local businesses.
Standard Delivery
Dispatched within 2–5 working days
0.1kg – 1.9kg: £3.00
2.0kg and above: £5.00
Express Delivery
Dispatched within 1–3 working days
0.1kg – 1.9kg: £5.00
2.0kg and above: £15.00
Free Delivery
Dispatched within 2–5 working days (where applicable).
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier service. While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other external factors are outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Supplier Dispatches
Some non-coffee items may be shipped directly from our suppliers, which may result in slightly longer delivery times.
This is more likely between 22nd December and 2nd January, when operations slow down during the holiday period.

We offer free order collection from the following locations:

Please allow up to 3 working days for collection orders to be prepared.
You will receive a follow-up email confirming when your order is ready for collection. Please do not attempt to collect your order until this email has been received.
Collection Responsibility
Once an order has been confirmed as ready for collection, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer at the point of collection.
Customers must ensure they collect the correct order where multiple orders may be present.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? No problem.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be:
Unopened
Unused
In their original condition
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We do not currently offer free returns.
Perishable Goods
Due to food safety regulations, opened coffee products cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
🎁 Promotions & Vouchers
We love a good deal — but here are the ground rules:
Promotions are single-use only, unless stated otherwise.
Offers cannot be combined.
Multiple uses are not permitted.
It is against our terms to resell gift card codes or purchase them via secondary marketplaces (such as Zeek). Any code suspected of fraud will be cancelled.
Gift Vouchers
Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Redeemable against most products at coffidre.cymru only.
Gift vouchers:
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Must be used in one transaction
Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
If an order exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by debit or credit card.
If an item purchased with a voucher is returned, the value will be reissued as a coupon code.
We reserve the right to cancel a voucher if fraud is suspected.
Gift vouchers remain the property of Coffi Dre.
☕ Subscriptions
The “At Least Two Coffees” Rule
We believe every good coffee relationship deserves at least a second date.
When you sign up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum of two paid billing cycles.
This means:
Two successful payments must be completed before cancelling
Trial periods do not count toward these payments
Failed payments do not count
After the second successful payment, you may cancel at any time with appropriate notice.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You must provide at least 3 working days’ notice before your next billing date.
To cancel:
• Submit a cancellation request via your account page, or
• Email coffi@coffidre.cymru
If cancellation is requested before the minimum two-payment term is completed, the subscription will cancel once that commitment has been fulfilled.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
